1. Digital Cookbooks and Downloadable Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped as physical products.

After checkout, customers receive access to download the file. A download link may also be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Digital orders do not receive a shipping tracking number.

2. Physical Kitchen Tools

Physical kitchen tools require processing and shipment. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or address issues.

3. Order Processing

Physical-product orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing normally occurs on business days.

Weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, availability, or fraud-prevention checks may increase processing time.

4. Shipping Rates and Destinations

Available destinations and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. If no shipping method appears, we may not currently ship that product to the selected location.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after processing and carrier pickup. The estimate shown at checkout is not a guaranteed delivery date unless explicitly stated.

6. Tracking Information

When available, tracking information is sent to the email address used during checkout.

Tracking may take additional time to update after a shipping label has been created.

7. Multiple Packages

Products may be fulfilled from different locations. A multi-item order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address during checkout.

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

Carrier delays may be caused by weather, customs, service disruptions, seasonal demand, or local delivery conditions.

Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusually long time or the package has passed its estimated delivery window.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered.

  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • A photo of the shipping label.
