At The Healthy Lab, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched within 1β2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment is confirmed (MondayβFriday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours. Check spam if you don't see it.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10β20 business days depending on the destination country and local customs.
Important: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Tracking is included on all international shipments so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Contact us at support@thehealthylab.org. We will investigate with the courier and either reship your order or issue a full refund β whichever you prefer.
Check around your door, with neighbours, or your mailroom. If still missing, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we'll work to resolve it immediately.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours at support@thehealthylab.org and we'll update it before dispatch. After 12 hours the order may already be in transit and we cannot guarantee changes.
