What's Covered
Your item arrives broken or not as described? We send a FREE replacement immediately. You do NOT need to return the original item. Just send us a photo and we'll ship a new one at no cost.
We shipped the wrong product? We'll send the correct one immediately at no extra charge โ and you can keep or dispose of the incorrect item.
Order not arrived within estimated window and tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days? We will reship or issue a full refund โ your choice.
Not in love with your purchase? Return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request a Return
Send your request to support@thehealthylab.org within 30 days of receiving your order.
Tell us your order number and briefly describe the issue. For defective or wrong items, attach a photo.
Our team responds 24/7 with clear next steps. Refunds are processed within 3โ5 business days back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed for shipping.
To cancel, email support@thehealthylab.org immediately with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line. Even if we cannot cancel, you can still return it once received.
